Located on the outer edge of the area, the hotel is convenient for families attending a girls basketball tournament. Despite the hassle of a closed freeway off-ramp, the property is easily accessible. the front desk staff showed exceptional service, as mentioned in one review, going out of their way to assist guests. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with decent amenities like a pool and jacuzzi. the lobby presents a nice atmosphere and the front desk is welcoming, creating a pleasant first impression.
The cleanliness of the restrooms in the lobby were mentioned as a concern.

Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to major highways. The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good selection of amenities. The breakfast was standard continental style, but there was a good variety of food to choose from. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and free parking.
The renovations were still ongoing during my stay, which was a bit disruptive. The noise level could have been better controlled, and some areas of the hotel could have been cleaner.

The hotel was dirty and the staff were not very helpful. Also, my peep hole was on the wrong way to my room and when I brought it to the hotels attention the manager would not come out and talk to me.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. Despite the negative reviews, I found the location of this hotel to be very convenient, right off the highway and on the outer edge of the property. The staff provided exceptional service and were very accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with double beds just like in the pictures. Breakfast was included, although it lacked fruit.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

We did not anything in your hotel. We had a 7am flight out of lansing that is why we stayed there, it was close to the airport. We needed a clean bed to stay the night but I found the room extremely dirty. I could not let my clothes touch any of the furniture. The bathroom etc was old and dirty. The carpeting smelled really bad. Eventhough we had a non smoking room but the whole place smelled like smoke. Elevator was so far away from my room. It was not clean at all and I regret that I did stay there. I will never ever pick any of the days inn for anything in the future. My suggestion to you guys is to close the place down and remodel and keep up. Thanks
